What we collect
When you create an account, apply for wholesale terms, or place an order we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order history, and any documents you upload (such as a resale certificate).
How we use it
We use this information to review wholesale applications, fulfil and deliver orders, send order and invoice emails, provide customer support, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your information.
Payments
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the store — hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and transactional email (Resend). Each receives only the data needed to perform its service.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can update your business details and addresses from your account settings. To request a copy of your data or to close your account, email orders@cusupplyco.com.
