Terms of Service

1. Wholesale accounts
CU Supply Co ("we", "us") sells to businesses. Ordering requires an approved wholesale account. We may request a Hawaii General Excise Tax license or resale certificate and may decline, suspend, or close an account at our discretion.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude Hawaii General Excise Tax, delivery fees, small-order fees, and card processing fees, each of which is itemized at checkout before you place an order. Prices and availability may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may cancel or limit quantities, including for pricing or inventory errors, and will refund any amount paid for cancelled items.
3. Payment
Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe at the time of order. Net-30 terms are available only to accounts we have approved for credit. For Net-30 orders, the invoice is issued when the order is delivered (the invoice date) and payment is due 30 days after delivery; if that day falls on a weekend, payment is due the following Monday. Past-due balances may result in suspension of credit terms.
4. Delivery and pickup
We deliver within our published service area on Oahu and offer warehouse pickup by appointment. Requested delivery dates are estimates. Please inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or damage within 48 hours so we can make it right.
5. Returns
Unopened, resalable cases may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization; a restocking fee may apply. Opened or used goods, and items damaged after delivery, are not returnable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
